HR0075 - Trainer Implementer

If you are looking for a Training role and interested in working for a leading IT Services provider to the e-commerce sector and are partners with one of the world's largest electronics companies, then we would like to hear from you.

We are currently seeking a Trainer Implementer to join our expanding team whose key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting training sessions, both in a one to one and group environment
  • Creating and maintaining training documentation and materials for a range of customers
  • Assistance with the configuration and installation of EPOS systems
  • Onsite support during implementation

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of learning new systems to deliver training and support to customers along with the ability to work well on their own in field based scenarios.

It is essential that applicants have:

  • Previous experience of delivering training sessions
  • Basic windows and DOS experience
  • Networking and connectivity experience
  • Good documentation ability
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience of working within a customer focused environment

This role would be well suited to individuals that have experience working within the retail or hospitality industry as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager

Please be aware that this role is UK based and will involve both travel and staying away from home, it is therefore essential that candidates have a full manual UK driving licence.
