Marston’s are one of the country’s largest pub and pub-restaurant operators with 500 managed and 800 tenanted and leased pubs.
They operate brands which include Pitcher and Piano, Blue and Two for One. They have grown nationwide by acquisition and organic growth, and continue to brew their core products in Burton and Wolverhampton.
nGeneration provide all their EPoS support and installation services and, in addition, provide solutions into the estate.
Solutions developed and installed by nGeneration include the mobile / table sales initiative and dynamic kitchen management system.
In service, nGeneration provide help desk, field maintenance and depot repair. SLAs have been maintained at over 98% for the last three years. This is achieved using our own help desk and a nationwide team of engineers who carry boot stock. This team also provides IMACS work into the estate.
nGeneration trains all the staff in the new managed and retailer outlets. Installations of the retailer division (MPC) run at up to 16 sites per week, with 500 of the systems installed by nGeneration.
