Ideally from a Hospitality background having worked at either Stocktaker, Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager level, and have vast experience of the stock audit process. You must be confident in communicating with a broad cross section of Customers, as well as having an excellent mathematical aptitude, along with sound IT skills specifically around the use of Electronic Point of Sale (EPoS) systems. The role will involve the use of excel and candidates must be able to demonstrate a competent level of skill.
The role will involve both liquor and food counting, producing results and advising on how to improve the performance, with a plan being agreed with the Site Manager. Additionally, you may be required to conduct cash checks, spirit checks and site standard’s reporting, dependent upon individual customer requirements. Structured training will be provided for successful candidates.
We would also ideally like candidates who are comfortable communicating at all levels within an organisation as well as being confident and possessing good interpersonal skills.
The role will involve working on sites 5 days out of 7 days and will cover the whole of the UK, therefore you must be able to work on an independent basis. A fully expensed company vehicle will be provided for business use and therefore it is essential that applicants have a clean full UK manual driving licence.
